Located in the pedestrian street in the center of Waterloo, the Brasserie-Restaurant du Couvent offers brasserie cuisine, simple and authentic.

Besides the classics, you will find the "dishes our grandmothers'

The decoration "old" immerses you immediately in an atmosphere of brewery.

You will feel at ease, just "like home" but ..."Feet under the table", it is so much nicer.

Once a month, new suggestions are proposed highlighting the products of the moment, by season.

In good weather, a terrace awaits you in the pedestrian street.

Our Mezzanine can be booked for banquets, family celebrations, seminars, ... (30 people).
